SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All Syncrasy pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch. During high demand periods or new drops, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Standard Shipping — $10 AUD (estimated 3–7 business days) Express Shipping — $18 AUD (estimated 1–3 business days) Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200 AUD

International Shipping Rest of World — $35 AUD flat rate (estimated 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing)

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Syncrasy has no control over customs processing times or charges.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Once your order has been dispatched and tracking provided, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us at syncr4sy@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
